1. We will create a Back-up File of your current NBX Licenses and archive them in a secure cloud location with 24x7 access for you.
2. We will create a Back-up File of your current NBX Configuration (voicemail optional) and archive them in a secure cloud location with 24x7 access for you.
3. We will store your current NBX Admin Credentials in your account profile in our Support Center for easy access.
4. We will include up to One (1) Hour of Remote Tech Support to address any issues you may be having prior to your back-ups.
